Zapfinix Refund & Return Policy

At Zapfinix, we’re committed to delivering exceptional quality and premium comfort with every piece of clothing. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to make your return or refund experience as smooth and fair as possible.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

  • The item was not marked as Final Sale or customized.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  1. Notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

  2. Inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on inspection.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item).

  • If your order included free shipping, a small restocking fee may be applied.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the correct item.

This allows us to process your new order faster and ensure inventory accuracy.

📦 Return Instructions

To begin a return:

  1. Email us at info@zapfinix.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

  2. Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Carefully package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided.

Note: We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. wrong item, defective product).

❗️Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

📷 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zapfinix.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem — this may include a full refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

🌍 International Returns

We do accept international returns, but:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
